SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT & TERMS OF ENROLLMENT
Distance Reiki Sessions – Lee Nolan-Lönn (Skriv in English AB)

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 When the following words with capital letters are used in these Terms, this is what they mean:
Session: The individual Distance Reiki energy healing session(s) booked through Calendly.
Package: The set of six (6) Distance Reiki Sessions purchased together.
Services: The provision of Distance Reiki energy healing at the date and time booked, and any related written communication from Me after the session.
Order: Your registration and payment for a single session or a package of six sessions.
Client / You: The person purchasing and receiving the Reiki Services.
I / Me / My / The Practitioner / The Company: Lee Nolan-Lönn, somatic healer, energy coach, and Reiki Master Teacher (company: Skriv in English AB).
Event Outside My Control: Defined in clause 10.

1.2 “Writing” includes email.

2. CONTRACT FORMATION
2.1 By placing an Order, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.

2.2 The contract becomes binding when I confirm your purchase in writing and you receive the booking link.

2.3 If I cannot accept your Order, I will notify you and refund any payment made.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION & DELIVERY
3.1 The Services consist of Distance Reiki energy healing carried out by Me at the scheduled time you select via Calendly.

3.2 You may book either:
A single session, or
A package of six sessions (to be used within 6 months from the date of purchase).

3.3 After purchasing, you will receive a link to schedule your session(s) through Calendly.

3.4 You will receive an automated Zoom link when you book, but no live meeting will take place. The link is only used to reserve the time slot.

3.5 At the scheduled time, please find a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax undisturbed. You may sit or lie down. There is no need to connect online.

3.6 After each session, I will email you with reflections on what came up for me during the healing.

3.7 Reiki sessions are conducted remotely through intention and energy connection; physical attendance or communication during the session is not required.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 You are responsible for creating a calm and safe environment during your session time and ensuring you will not be disturbed. However, even if disturbed, the Reiki will still work.

4.2 Please ensure your contact details and email address are accurate so I can send follow-up information after each session.

4.3 If you purchase a package, it is your responsibility to book all sessions within the 6-month validity period. Sessions not used within this period will expire and are non-refundable.

4.4 You agree not to record or share any of my written reflections or communications without my written consent.

5. REIKI SCOPE, LIMITATIONS & CLIENT UNDERSTANDING
5.1 Reiki is a complementary energy practice intended to support relaxation, balance, and self-healing.

5.2 You understand that:
Reiki does not diagnose, prevent, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
Reiki is not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care.

5.3 I will not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, prescribe medication, or suggest altering any prescribed treatment.

5.4 If you have a medical or psychological condition, I encourage you to seek guidance from a licensed healthcare professional alongside your Reiki sessions.

6. FEES, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION
6.1 The fee for Services is as stated at the time of purchase. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

6.2 All payments are non-refundable. This includes illness, scheduling conflicts, or changes of mind.

6.3 You may reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time using the Calendly link in your confirmation email.

6.4 Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours of the booked time are treated as completed sessions and are not rescheduled or refunded.

6.5 Package sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase; unused sessions after this period expire automatically.

7. COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT
7.1 I will send a short email after each session with insights or reflections from the energy work.

7.2 You are welcome to email me if you have questions or wish to share your experience.

7.3 I aim to respond within normal weekday working hours (Monday–Friday, 09:30–16:00 CET).

7.4 No Reiki will be conducted via email communication itself.

8. PROFESSIONAL ETHICS & CONDUCT
8.1 I commit to conducting all sessions with integrity, care, and respect for your well-being.

8.2 I follow the ethical guidelines of The International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and Förenade Reikiförbundet i Sverige.

8.3 You agree to engage with the Services respectfully and with an open, receptive attitude.

9. LIABILITY
9.1 I will perform the Services with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism.

9.2 Due to the nature of Reiki, I do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

9.3 My total liability to you under any law shall be limited to the total amount you paid for the Services.

9.4 I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses.

9.5 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. EVENTS OUTSIDE MY CONTROL
10.1 An Event Outside My Control includes illness, power failure, network outage, or any circumstance beyond my reasonable control.

10.2 If such an event occurs, I will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your session.

10.3 You may not request a refund for such events; sessions will be rescheduled as soon as reasonably possible.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
11.1 Any personal or sensitive information shared in emails or communications will be treated as confidential.

11.2 I will not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or for administrative purposes (e.g., payment processing).

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Stockholm, Sweden.

Acknowledgement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Enrollment for Distance Reiki sessions.
